This New Year’s Eve, Shanghai Me Doha invites guests to step into The Next Chapter, a sophisticated, future-facing celebration inspired by themes of personal growth, luxury and new beginnings. As the current chapter comes to a close, the restaurant will transform into an elegant, atmospheric destination where guests can welcome 2026 with intention, style and contemporary glamour.
Guests can choose between two refined dinner seatings crafted to suit every style of celebration. The early seating, from 5pm to 8pm, features a specially curated à la carte menu spotlighting festive dishes and Shanghai Me’s signature culinary artistry. The second seating, from 8pm to 12.30am, offers a more immersive New Year’s Eve experience complete with premium menu options, live entertainment and a vibrant, luxurious atmosphere that builds gracefully towards the midnight moment.
In keeping with The Next Chapter theme, Shanghai Me Doha will enhance the celebration with two special guest experiences. Guests will be invited to write their aspirations for 2026 on specially designed New Year’s Eve wish cards. These elegant cards, finished with satin tassels in red, white, or gold, can then be hung on the tree, allowing guests to step into the next chapter with intention and optimism. For second-seating diners, a Fragrance Lab offers a bespoke perfume experience where guests may explore a curated scent bar and select a personal blend that embodies how they wish to approach the coming year. Three signature profiles, Focus (fresh floral and citrus), Success (warm woods and amber), and Calm (mineral musk and clean notes) will be available, with each guest taking home a small atomiser as a keepsake.
For those seeking an elevated level of exclusivity, Shanghai Me Doha presents several private options. The private dining room offers an intimate setting ideal for celebratory gatherings, while the Bund Lounge provides a unique private party experience for up to 25 guests, complete with the option of a personal DJ or tailored music selection. These spaces combine comfort, sophistication and exceptional service for an unforgettable start to the year.
From the first week of December, Shanghai Me Doha will embrace a refined festive ambience with décor in rich shades of red and gold, hues symbolising prosperity, joy and celebration. The atmosphere will reflect understated glamour and contemporary elegance, creating the perfect setting for one of Doha’s most anticipated end-of-year celebrations.
